One of the biggest pain of companies is the inability to effectively and efficiently deliver their strategies; and one of the biggest pain of people is to know how to deliver their dreams and ideas. I have 10+ experience in supporting companies transform their strategies and ideas into reality. I have 10+ years of experience leading tech & business transformations in companies from various industries and sizes, supporting them in reaching their vision & top priorities by combining my interest for technology, innovation, solving complex puzzles and delivering result.In the last 5 years I have dedicated myself to building expertise in the e-commerce sector, mostly by driving Tech programs aiming at replatforming and converging platforms. I have also taken the role of sponsor in CSR and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives within our Tech department, as I am deeply passionate about those topics. I believe that doing Good (taking care of the planet and the people) is a critical elements for companies to secure their future and that - with innovation and creativity - it can go hand in hand with doing Well.
